FRP Tank Repair — Industrial Processing Facility, Phoenix, AZ

American Fiberglass Services performed structural crack repair and corrosion barrier restoration on a sodium hypochlorite storage tank at an industrial processing facility in Phoenix. The laminate was rebuilt to original specifications, and the chemical liner was successfully restored. This FRP tank repair was completed without taking the vessel offline, and a full written condition report was delivered post-repair.

On-Site Inspection & Liner Assessment — Mining Operation, Southwestern AZ

American Fiberglass Services conducted a semi-annual on-site inspection of acid service vessels at an active copper mining site in Southwestern Arizona. Our MSHA-certified crew performed Barcol hardness testing, ultrasonic thickness measurement, and a comprehensive fitting review. During this visit, we identified and stabilized two areas of early-stage delamination. The remaining service life assessment was included in the written report.
